29 Best Central Oregon Events Near Pete’s Cabin

Pete’s Cabin is close to these Central Oregon events. Most of these events can be driven to within an hour of the City of Prineville.

I’ve provided links to some of these events in Central Oregon, and my events search was a dead end with some. You will just have to search for if you are interested. Those without links had little information other than holiday events that naturally would fall on that holiday.

Some have upcoming Central Oregon events and festivities, others have recent events, and some have canceled events or are not even scheduled for the next year. As my old buddy used to say, “Some events are rained out, and some featured events aren’t even scheduled.”

You should easily find out what’s happening while you are physically present. Getting the latest updates in advance has been a challenge.

Named after Major Enoch Steen. No, I did not misspell anything. Throughout history, his name was often spelled wrong. It just stuck the wrong way. It’s not far and well worth the fairly easy hike. Google Maps link. No featured events going on here, just a very beautiful hike

An event to improve local water quality through community cleanup. You’ll need to register; this is a good site to find more featured events around Central Oregon.

The website for the Prineville Adventure Park is down. You pass the park, coming from and going to Pete’s Cabin, 12600 S.E. Juniper Canyon Rd. I pass it a lot, and there is rarely anything going on currently. I saw some work going on around the track. I’ll keep looking for this event.
