Sometimes, there is only about a four—to five-hour window between renters, and scheduling cleaning people can become a nightmare.

You can manage properties on behalf of owners who don’t have the time or expertise to do it themselves. This includes handling bookings, customer service, maintenance, and housekeeping.

Responsibilities vary according to the agreement between the owner and manager.
